Biltong & Cheese Drenched Sweet Potato Fries

Our Biltong & Cheese Sweet Potato Fries are baked with a special blend of spices. Add a little bit of gooey cheese and you’re ready to eat!

Ingredients:

  • 15-20 oz of sweet potato fries I like Alexia
  • 1 cup of chopped biltong
  • 3 oz pepper jack cheese
  • salt

Instructions:

  1. Bake the sweet potato fries according to the package until crispy.
  2. Spread half of the fries over the plate that is oven safe. Lightly salt.
  3. Grate half of the cheese over the fries and sprinkle with half of the biltong.
  4. Spread the remaining half of fries over the top.
  5. Grate the remaining cheese, evenly, over fries and sprinkle with remaining biltong. Add a little more salt over the top.
  6. Bake for about 3-5 minutes at 400.
