While you have the option to initiate a chargeback, please note that doing so may delay the refund process and does not ensure reimbursement due to potential fees and conditions set by your bank. We recommend reaching out to us first and giving us the opportunity to refund you before requesting a chargeback.
DAMAGED AND DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We do our best to ensure every order and snack lives up to our high-quality, manufacturing standards. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact support@ayobafoods.com within 30 days of receiving your product. Our team will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner.

SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION POLICY
In order to successfully cancel a subscription you must cancel at least 2 business days before you are charged for the order. This can be done via your subscription portal or by emailing support@ayobafoods.com.
We will gladly cancel any future subscriptions but cannot guarantee a cancellation or refund of an order once it has been processed and shipped.
