Replacement Policy

At Ayoba Foods, we are committed to providing you with quality snacks that meet your expectations.

In the rare event that you're not satisfied with our products, please contact support@ayobafoods.com within 30 days of receiving your product. Due to the nature of our products, we handle replacements on a case-by-case basis and are committed to great taste and providing our customers with a positive experience. Please have the following available when you contact us to expedite your request:

  • Email associated with your order
  • Order number
  • Batch number associated with issue (located on the back of the packaging)
  • A picture which depicts the product issue 

You have the right to request a chargeback, however we recommend reaching out to us and giving us the opportunity to resolve the issue before requesting a chargeback. 

DELIVERY ISSUES?

Ayoba Foods does not take responsibility for delivery or damaged package issues after proof of sound delivery from the courier company. If you need any assistance with filing a claim, please reach out to our customer service team. They would be happy to help! 

DAMAGED AND DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We do our best to ensure every order and snack lives up to our high-quality, manufacturing standards. Our team will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner.

REPLACEMENT EXCEPTIONS

Our standard replacement policy does not apply to all items. Below are products that cannot be replaced:

  • Products purchased beyond 30 days
  • Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after purchase
  • Discontinued items
  • Giveaways & contest winnings
  • In-store purchases
  • Purchases from other resellers
  • Replacement orders

SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION POLICY

In order to successfully cancel a subscription you must cancel at least 2 business days before you are charged for the order. This can be done via your subscription portal or by emailing support@ayobafoods.com.

We will gladly cancel any future subscriptions but cannot guarantee a cancellation or refund of an order once it has been processed and shipped.
