Pasture Raised Beef
Our Biltong crafting process starts with selecting premium cuts of grass fed beef and marinating it to perfection with vinegar, only a few natural spices and no sugar!
Air Dried For Up To 14 Days!
We then air dry our perfectly seasoned cuts of beef for up to 14 days in a controlled drying room (instead of being cooked for only 6 hours like jerky).
Sliced to Perfection
Lastly, we carefully slice our beef into tender, bite-size pieces. The drying process also leaves more of the beef's nutrients intact, meaning our Biltong has more protein than beef jerky!

Droewors is a handcrafted air dried beef stick. Our recipe starts with the finest cuts of Grass Fed Beef that we grind together with only natural spices. We then hand stuff the blend into a casing and hang the sausages to dry for over five days.

Perfectly Seasoned
The same premium cuts of grass fed beef we use for our Biltong are coarsely ground and spiced with only a few natural seasonings like coriander and sea salt.
Hung to Dry
The mix is then carefully hand stuffed into a natural casing and air dried for 5 days! The result is a texture and flavor that is out of this world!
Portable Protein
The result is a delicious, zero sugar beef stick that makes the ideal road trip or adventure snack. Our Droewors also has almost double the protein of other meat sticks!
