Ingredients are important to us, that's why we use only the best, and in moderation. There's nothing worse than taking a bite into traditional jerky and tasting nothing but the flavoring like teriyaki or barbecue. That's what makes Biltong so special, a flavor-packed slice of beef that tastes just like...beef. We use only a few ingredients on our Biltong because that's what our ancestors did and why fix what ain't broke. So what are the ingredients?
Notice anything missing? How about artificial preservatives, artificial flavorings, soy, gluten and nitrates? NOPE! Those come nowhere near our products.
Which ingredient do we think is the most important? (well besides the beef of course). That's a very difficult question to answer, but our favorite ingredient is probably Coriander. (learn more about coriander.)
