Our Biltong crafting process starts with selecting premium cuts of beef and marinating it to perfection with vinegar, only a fewnatural spices andno sugar!
Air Dried For 14 Days!
We then air dry our perfectly seasoned cuts of beef for up to 14 days in a temperature controlled room (instead of being cooked at a low temperature like jerky).
Sliced to Perfection
We then carefully slice our beef into thin, tender bite-size pieces. The drying process also leaves more of the muscle fibers intact, meaning our Biltong has more protein than beef jerky!

What is Droewors?
Droewors is a handcrafted air dried beef stick. Our recipe starts with the finest cuts of Grass Fed Beef that we grind together with only four natural spices. We then hand stuff the blend into a natural casing and hang the sausages to dry for over five days.
Naturally Seasoned Beef
The same premium cuts of beef we use for our Biltong are coarsely ground and spiced with only coriander, cloves, salt and pepper.
Hung to Dry
The mix is then carefully hand stuffed into a natural casing and air dried for 5 days! Resulting in taste and texture that is out of this world!
