100% Grass Fed Beef

Our Biltong crafting process starts with selecting premium cuts of grass fed beef and marinating it to perfection with vinegar, only a few natural spices and no sugar!

Air-Dried For 14 Days!

We then air dry our perfectly seasoned cuts of beef for up to 14 days in a temperature controlled room (instead of being cooked at a low temperature like jerky).

Sliced to Perfection

We then carefully slice our beef into thin, tender bite-size pieces and package into convenient bags, or keep as Whole Biltong Slabs for you to slice at home! This bundle contains both!

What makes Ayoba Biltong different from other biltong?
Here at Ayoba, we use only the most premium ingredients we can find, and our own authentic South African Family Recipe! We use Grass-Fed, Grass-Finished Beef. Some companies will use beef from cows that are only fed grass for a small portion of their life and then still call it Grass-Fed, we've got beef with that. We cut no corners, only Biltong. We ensure all of our ingredients and suppliers are certified through rigorous inspection with the Paleo Foundation for our Paleo & Keto Certification, with Whole30, and the USDA.

I lived in South Africa for a while about 15+ years ago and I’ve been looking for a good biltong replacement, I think I found one! I’m pretty excited! The original flavor is the best with the spicy one being good and the rosemary truffle one being OK

I’m definitely buying more of the original flavor and sending some to my dad. (who is from South Africa and misses biltong). I’m sure he will be excited.

By the way I was referred to the company buy another South African. He said that it is as close as Americans can get it.-lol

Best Biltong Out There!

I’ve tried many and this is definitely the best biltong out there! Obsessed with the flavor and how tender the meat is. The only issue is trying not to finish the entire bag in one sitting :)
