This is by far better than beef jerky! If you don’t at least try it and compare it to beef jerky, then you must be the person who eats their steak 🥩 burnt to a crisp.
Service was great and the biltong sublime. It's so much better than jerky; all the flavor and texture is so reminiscent of South Africa. Made for great nostalgic snacks, and the cat nearly lost her mind.
The flavor of this beef slab is nothing short of amazing. I like the sliced biltong for an on-the-go snack but being able to slice the whole slab at home is a real winner. I like to slice it real thick and yesterday I even used the slices on an avocado sandwich! Mmmmmm
Honestly fantastic. Big connoisseur of dried meats and I've tried more styles than I can count and this is easily top 3. I sliced the biltong slab over the course of this last weekend as I watched football. Buying more right now!
