Ingredients:
- 1 2oz bag of Spicy Biltong
- 1 head cauliflower (cut into small florets)
- 3 tbsps miso paste
- 2 tbsps soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsps fresh ginger
- 2 tbsps rice wine vinegar
- 2 tbsps grapeseed oil
- 1 small pack of fresh snap peas
- Sesame seeds (optional garnish)
Recipe:
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees
- Combine the miso, oil, ginger, soy sauce vinegar in a small bowl. Whisk well to combine. Set aside a bit of your sauce to drizzle on top after your done cooking!
- Toss the cauliflower with ginger miso mixture and spread in a single layer on a baking sheet
- Roast for 25-30 minutes, until well browned. (You can also add your snap peas to the baking sheet for an all over hot dish)
- If not baking your snap peas (our preferred method) we suggest flash steaming your snap peas so they maintain that nice crisp crunch.
- Once cauliflower is nicely roasted move to a serving dish (let stand for a while if flash steaming your snap peas and wanting this side dish to be more at room temp) and add in your snap peas - lightly toss.
- Drizzle your remaining ginger miso mixture on top and add in your Aoyba Spicy Biltong - we do not suggest tossing at this point - this allows all the different textures to really add a bold punch in your mouth!
- (Optional) garnish with sesame seeds and your done!
- Enjoy!
